What is Interdatum CRM?

Interdatum CRM is an all-in-one operating CRM for service businesses. It connects the first lead and every call, text, quote, crew assignment, job record, invoice and payment that follows, so you run the whole job from one place instead of juggling spreadsheets, texts and separate apps.

Who is Interdatum CRM for?

Interdatum is built for service businesses that take requests, quote work, schedule crews and invoice clients. When you sign up you pick your trade, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping and snow removal, pressure washing, auto detailing, or handyman and general repair, and Interdatum can create starter services you can edit. It is meant for owners, office managers, dispatchers, estimators and field teams. It is not an enterprise sales suite, an ecommerce inventory platform, or a generic project-management tool.

What can I do with Interdatum CRM?

Interdatum covers each stage of a service job:

• Win the lead – keep every lead and client in one place, run email campaigns, and import lead lists from Excel or CSV. On Starter and Pro you get a local Canadian business number for calls and texts, missed-call text-back so a missed call doesn't become a lost job, and an AI text receptionist that answers texts, gives price estimates from your pricing rules, and creates booking requests.
• Take the request and quote it – publish an online intake form for each service (share the link or embed it on your website). Your pricing rules fill in the estimate automatically, and you send an estimate with an optional deposit that the client can accept or decline online.
• Schedule and dispatch – put jobs on a visual weekly calendar, assign workers, get double-booking warnings, and release jobs to an on-call pool. See Scheduling and dispatch and team roles.
• Do and document the work – each job has one file with appointments, messages, notes, documents, photos, estimates, invoices, payments and job profit.
• Get paid – send invoices with GST, HST, PST or QST, take card payments online through Stripe, and record cash, cheque or e-Transfer payments.
• Give clients a portal – clients sign in to a branded client portal to accept estimates, pay deposits and invoices, and see photos and documents.
• Stay on top of the business – build automation workflows, see what needs follow-up in the dashboard's Needs attention list, and on Starter and Pro use the AI assistant: ask about your business by chat or voice, have it do admin work (estimates, scheduling, texts, campaigns, automations) that only happens after you confirm, and hand it background tasks like planning next week's schedule.
