How much does calling cost?
Calling through an approved provisioned business number is billed at $0.02 USD per minute.
Which features require approval?
A business number, programmable voicemail, direct client SMS, SMS campaigns, calling campaigns, inbound and outbound calling, call recording, transcription, listen, and whisper require approval and a provisioned number.
Is the telecom beta available everywhere?
No. Provisioned-number features are currently limited to approved Canadian businesses while they are in beta.
Do transactional SMS notifications require a provisioned number?
No. System notifications for events such as estimates, bookings, deposits, and invoices are available immediately. Direct conversations and SMS campaigns require an approved provisioned number.
