If I dismiss something, is it gone for good?
No. It's hidden only for you, and it comes back when something about it changes, like a balance changing or a customer sending a new text. Show dismissed lets you restore items any time.
Does it include email?
Yes, once you connect your business mailbox to the CRM Inbox: emails from the last 14 days that haven't had a reply show up as unanswered emails.
How often does it update?
