AI assistant · Starter & Pro

The AI assistant that knows your business and does the paperwork

Ask about revenue, jobs, estimates or next week's schedule in plain English and get answers from your own records. Ask it to book a job, send a quote or text a client, and it lines the change up as a card. Nothing changes until you say yes.

In plain English

Try saying

Type or talk to it like you'd brief your office manager. These all work today.

  • “Text Priya we're 15 minutes late.”
  • “Which estimates are still waiting on customers?”
  • “How did we do last month compared to the month before?”
  • “Book the Example deep clean for Thursday at 9 with Sam and text her to confirm.”
  • “Create a gutter cleaning service at $150.”
  • “Record a $200 e-Transfer payment on the Patel invoice.”
  • “Which clients haven't booked since last spring?”
  • “Email my spring list next Tuesday at 9am.”
  • “Turn on missed-call text-back.”

What it can do for you

Answers from your own records

Revenue, jobs, leads, estimates, invoices, payments, the schedule and text conversations, with links straight to the records. Owners and admins can ask one-off questions too, and it looks the answer up in your own data: read-only and locked to your business.

Does the admin

Clients and jobs, scheduling and assigning crews, estimates, invoices and payments, texts and emails, email and text campaigns, automations, lead lists, settings like business hours and tax, and deletes or voids when you need them.

Writes like you

Emails and texts follow your writing voice: your name, sign-off and tone. Overused sales phrases are on a banned list, and every draft gets a tone check before you see it.

Works hands-free

Switch on Assistant mode and talk to it in real time. Interrupt it, keep moving between pages, and confirm with a casual “yeah”.

Takes on bigger jobs

Hand off a background task: draft next week's schedule, research local pricing with cited sources, or build a lead list. You review the result before anything changes.

Does it later

“Text Sam tomorrow at 9.” “Remind me Friday to call the supplier.” Almost any change can be scheduled once or on repeat, and it's checked again before it runs.

Step by step

How it works

  1. Ask

Open the assistant on any CRM page (Ctrl or ⌘ + K) and type, or switch on Assistant mode and talk.

  2. Check the card

For any change it shows a card: what will happen, to which record, and how many. Edit the details if you like.

  3. Say yes

Tap Confirm, or just reply “yeah” or “go ahead”. “Wait” or “never mind” cancels.

  4. Done, and double-checked

Permissions, schedule conflicts and your edits are checked again the moment you confirm, before anything is saved or sent.

Safety

Nothing changes without your OK

The assistant prepares the work. You make the call.

Every change is a card

Before anything is created, sent, scheduled or deleted, you see exactly what will happen and to which record.

Only your words count

A yes counts only when you typed or said it, never the AI's own text or a customer's message, and only for the cards in its last reply.

Hard limits

It can't change your plan or billing, buy or release phone numbers, connect payment accounts, or touch passwords and security settings.

Customer text is data

Names, notes, texts and emails from customers are treated as information, never as instructions to follow.

Respects roles

Field workers get an assistant limited to their own jobs, tasks and permissions. Each person's conversations are private.

Approve once for later

Scheduled actions and routines are approved up front, and every run is re-checked for access, opt-outs and limits before it goes.

Questions

AI assistant: frequently asked questions

What can I ask the AI assistant?

Anything about your business that lives in the CRM: revenue for a period, jobs and the schedule, leads, estimates waiting on customers, unpaid invoices, payments, text conversations and what needs attention. Owners and admins can also ask one-off questions, such as which clients haven't booked since last spring, and it looks them up in your own data, read-only.

Will the AI change anything without asking me?

No. Every change shows up as a card that says what will happen, to which record and how many. Nothing is saved, sent or deleted until you tap Confirm or reply with a clear yes, and everything is checked again at that moment. Scheduled actions and routines are approved once, up front, and each run is re-checked before it happens.

Can it send emails and texts for me?

Yes. Texts go from your business number. Emails can be one-off messages, campaigns, estimates or invoices, and marketing emails automatically include your business details and a one-click unsubscribe. Ask for a test first and it sends a copy to your own inbox.

Can field workers use it?

Yes, with a limited version. Workers can ask about their own jobs, tasks and schedule and prepare changes their permissions allow, like a task for themselves or a text to a client if they have texting access. They can't see estimates, invoices, payments or business results.

Which plans include the AI assistant?

Starter (CA$49/month) and Pro (CA$129/month), with monthly limits: 300 assistant replies a month on Starter and 2,000 on Pro. Confirming or cancelling a card doesn't count. Both plans have a 14-day free trial. The Free plan includes the full CRM but no AI features.

Is this the same as the AI receptionist?

No. The assistant works for you and your team inside the CRM. The AI text receptionist answers your customers' texts. Neither one answers phone calls.
