Plans and pricing
Interdatum CRM has three plans (Free at CA$0, Starter at CA$49, and Pro at CA$129 per month) that differ in business phone number, included call minutes and texts, and AI features.
Interdatum CRM has three plans: Free, Starter, and Pro. The Free plan gives you the full CRM, while Starter and Pro add a local Canadian business number with included call minutes and texts. Pro also unlocks the AI features.
What plans does Interdatum CRM offer and how much do they cost?
Interdatum CRM offers three plans, all priced per month in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes:

Each plan is a flat monthly fee for your workspace. Usage beyond the included call minutes and texts on Starter and Pro is billed as overage at CA$0.04 per call minute and CA$0.03 per text, up to a monthly spending cap that you control. You can compare the plans at any time in Settings → Billing, under Plans.
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan costs CA$0 per month and includes the full CRM: clients, bookings, estimates, invoices, automations, the client portal, and online payments. The Free plan does not include a business phone number, so calling and texting from your own business number is not available on Free. The Free plan has no included call minutes or texts and no AI features. You can stay on the Free plan as long as you like and upgrade to Starter or Pro from Settings → Billing when you need a business number.
What is included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan costs CA$49 per month (CAD, plus applicable taxes). Starter includes everything in the full CRM, plus one local Canadian business number for calls and texts. Each month (billing period) the Starter plan includes 300 call minutes and 500 texts. Usage beyond those amounts is billed at CA$0.04 per call minute and CA$0.03 per text, up to your monthly overage spending cap. The Starter plan does not include the AI features; those require Pro. After you start Starter, you pick your business number in Settings → Phone & Text.
What is included in the Pro plan?
The Pro plan costs CA$129 per month (CAD, plus applicable taxes). Pro includes everything in Starter with more included usage: one local Canadian business number, 1,000 call minutes, and 2,000 texts per billing period. Usage beyond those amounts is billed at the same overage rates as Starter: CA$0.04 per call minute and CA$0.03 per text, up to your monthly overage spending cap. The Pro plan also includes Interdatum's AI features, such as the AI text receptionist and the AI assistant.
Which features require the Pro plan?
The AI features in Interdatum CRM are included with the Pro plan only. These include:
- AI text receptionist: replies to texts on your business number, answers questions from your services, gives estimates from your pricing, collects job details, and creates a booking request for you to confirm. You turn it on in Settings → Phone & Text, in the AI text receptionist card (marked with a Pro badge).
- AI assistant: the in-app AI assistant chat and the actions it proposes.
- AI summary in triage: the AI-written summary on the triage view is shown only for Pro workspaces.
If your workspace is not on Pro, the AI text receptionist card shows "Included with the Pro plan" with a See plans button that takes you to Settings → Billing. If a Pro workspace's payment is past due and the 7-day grace period has ended, the AI features pause along with outbound calls and texts until payment is updated.
Which features require Starter or Pro?
A business phone number requires the Starter or Pro plan. Calling and texting from your own business number, including sending texts from conversations, the inbox, and automations, is included with Starter and Pro only. If you try to call or text from your business number without a plan, Interdatum shows a message that calling or texting is included with the Starter and Pro plans and points you to Settings → Billing. Business numbers are local Canadian numbers. Both Starter and Pro include one business number. After starting a plan, you choose your number in Settings → Phone & Text.
What if my plan says "Provided by Interdatum"?
Some workspaces have a Starter or Pro plan provided directly by Interdatum instead of a paid subscription. In Settings → Billing this shows as a Provided by Interdatum badge, with the note that usage is tracked but not billed. A plan provided by Interdatum has the same features and included amounts as the paid plan, but you are not charged overage and no spending cap applies. To change a plan provided by Interdatum, contact Interdatum support; you can't start a checkout or switch plans yourself.
