Draft next week's schedule
It works from each person's availability and days off, existing bookings, how long each job usually takes and travel time between jobs. Conflicts are checked when the plan is made and again before anything saves.
Background AI tasks · Starter & Pro
Some requests take more than a quick answer: planning next week's schedule, researching what local businesses charge, or building a list of businesses to pitch. Hand them off as a background task, keep working, watch the progress live, and approve the result when it's ready.

Background AI tasks
It works from each person's availability and days off, existing bookings, how long each job usually takes and travel time between jobs. Conflicts are checked when the plan is made and again before anything saves.
Open the plan on your schedule page as dashed “Proposed” tiles, untick any job you don't want, and confirm. Nobody is notified automatically about new times.
It searches the web for what businesses near you charge and proposes pricing rules for your service. Every price cites the page it came from, so you can check it against your costs.
It finds local businesses on OpenStreetMap, reads the email each one publishes on its own website, checks the email domain accepts mail, and skips anyone already in your CRM.
Email and text drafts, plans and reports are saved in full with a Copy button, and email campaigns or one-card outreach pipelines come back ready to approve.
Before it finishes, it compares the result with what you asked for. Rows that don't fit are removed rather than padded, and if it falls short it tells you what it tried.
Step by step
Describe the job by typing or talking, or start one from the Tasks view (“Start a background task…”). Keep working while it runs.
Open the task to see “What you asked for”, its plan, a live activity timeline, web searches, pages read and what it has spent.
Not right? Tell the assistant, “I said 50” or “only ones with an email”. The task reopens as a new revision and keeps what it already found.
When it's ready you get a notice and a card. Confirm it, untick parts you don't want, or cancel. A task never changes anything on its own.
Safety
A background task can't create, send or change anything itself. Every schedule, price list or lead list comes back as a card for your OK.
If it can't hit the number you asked for, it says so and shows what it tried instead of filling the list with poor matches.
Each task has a spending cap inside your plan's monthly budget, at most two run at once, and you can cancel a running task any time.
Questions
Draft a schedule for a week or two from your team's availability, job lengths and travel time; research local pricing and propose pricing rules with cited sources; find local businesses with published emails for a lead list; and write email campaigns, outreach pipelines, drafts, plans and reports.
Open the task from the chat or the Tasks view. The detail updates live with its plan, an activity timeline, the checklist of what you asked for, how many web searches and pages it has used, and what it has spent.
Tell the assistant what's off, for example “I said 50” or “only ones with an email”. A finished task reopens as a new revision and keeps what it already found, and a running task picks up your note at its next step. You can send a task back up to four times.
Yes. It allows for travel time between back-to-back jobs, using driving-time lookups where they're available and distance-based estimates otherwise, and keeps at least 15 minutes between jobs.
No. Tasks only propose. Nothing is scheduled, priced or added until you confirm the card.
Background tasks are included with Starter (US$1 of AI usage a month) and Pro (US$5 a month). The budget resets on the 1st, and the Tasks view shows how much you've used.
